1. Who we are

We are the Data Controller for our Clients, (either individuals or companies)

2. What personal data we need and how we collect it
For Individuals & Companies we are the data controller adhering to the personal data processing regulations under UK GDPR and DPA 2018.
If you are an Individual or Company looking to use our services please refer to the sections as appropriate, i.e. if you are an Individual or Company.
2.1a. Individuals
When you use our service we may ask for (depending on the service you choose):
Name, National Insurance Number, Contact info, Gender, Photo Id, Emergency Contact Details, Relevant Health Information, Right to work, Qualifications.
With regard to each of your visits to our website we may automatically collect the following information:
Technical information, including the Internet Protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer to the Internet, your login information, browser type and version, time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform.
In order to provide certain services we may also use GPS data.
We will only request personal data that is necessary for us to perform our duties.
How we collect your data
We only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:
- Where it is in the legitimate interest of you and the organisation, for example to respond to an enquiry or send information about products and services similar to those you have purchased from us, negotiated or enquired about.
- Where there is a contract in place for us to provide you with our services.
- When you give consent, for example on our website contact us form.
Remember whenever you give us consent you are in control of how we contact you, and if you would like to unsubscribe at any time we provide the information on how you do this easily. You can withdraw it at any time by clicking on the link in the email we send to you,
or by emailing GDPR@concoglobal.com. Withdrawal of your consent won’t affect any processing we have carried out in respect of your personal data prior to you withdrawing consent.
2.1b. Companies
When a company signs up to use our services we take minimal personal data to be able to comply with a contract namely:
Name, contact details.
How we collect your data
We only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

- Where there is a contact in place for us to provide you with our services
3. What we do with your personal data
3.1a. Individuals
We will use this information:
- To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us and to provide you with the information, and services that you request from us.
- To provide you with information about products and services we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about.
- To share with Companies (see third parties 4.1a) when you either enter into a Contract or Employment.
- To notify you about changes to our products and services.
- To ensure that content from our site is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer.
Without this information Conco Global would be unable to offer its services. None of your data is passed on to third parties for direct marketing purposes. If we would like to use your personal data for any other reason then, we will always ask for your permission before we do so.
3.1b. Companies
We will use this information:

4. Who has access to the data we hold

As the Data Controller we only use trusted third parties to help us to provide our service to you. We will always ensure that personal data will only be shared where there is a requirement to do so, and where appropriate technical,
organisational, and where necessary, contractual measures are in place in order to ensure its protection and there adherence to relevant Data Protection Laws.
You will be able to access and update your information using our secure systems.
Access to the information which you have provided will be limited to: our staff members involved in the provision of a contract with yourselves
Conco Global will not sell your data onto third parties at any time however we may share your information with selected third parties including:
- Business partners, suppliers and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract.
- Analytics and search engine providers that assist us in the improvement and optimisation of our site.
We may disclose your personal information to third parties:
- If we are under a duty to disclose or share your personal data in order to comply with any legal obligation, or in order to enforce or apply our terms of use and other agreements; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Report Concerns our customers, or others.
This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
When you enter into a contract with one of our subscribed Companies they will have secure access to your personal information which is fundamental to our service. They will then become a Controller of your personal data and will
set out their obligations under the relevant Data Protection Laws. Please then refer to their Data Protection Policies and Processes for their specific processes.
4.1b Companies

5. How we store your data
Due to the nature of our business and the need for confidentiality the organisation regularly reviews its arrangements for physical and IT security, ensuring these remain aligned to GDPR and The Data Protection Act 2018 to continue to robustly safeguard
personal data, protecting against its unauthorised access or misuse.
We hold Cyber Essentials Certificates to demonstrate how important your Personal Data is to us. However, no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage, can be 100% secure.
Therefore, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. The internet by its nature is a public forum, and Conco Global encourages you to use caution when disclosing information online.
5.1. International Data Transfers
Conco Global are based in the United Kingdom (UK) and as such do not expect to transfer your personal data outside the UK. Should this change we will update this policy accordingly.
6. How long do we hold your data.
We will keep your data for as long as is necessary to fulfil the service offering. This includes keeping personal data to fulfil other legal obligation for example H&S requirements.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymise it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives),
then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.
7. Your rights and how to exercise them
Access to your personal data and data portability
You have the right to access and receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, this is called a ‘Subject Access Report.’ This will provide you with all personal data we hold about you,
subject to some limited exemptions for example, you will not necessarily be entitled to access third party information.
Also, you have the right to data portability. Under this right for information you can request that your personal data is provided to you (or another organisation) in a portable, electronic format.
Change, restrict, delete
You may also have rights to change, restrict the use of, or delete your personal information. Unless there is an exceptional circumstance (like where we are required to store personal information for legal reasons) we will generally delete your personal information.
Object
You can object to us processing your information based on our legitimate interests. In such cases, we will delete your personal information within a month of receipt of the objection, unless we have compelling and legitimate
grounds to continue using that information or if it is needed for legal reasons.

The Website may, from time to time, contain links to and from the websites of our partner networks, advertisers and affiliates. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their
own privacy policies and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. Please check these policies before you submit any personal data to these websites.
